Capturing The Work Project

Our recent coworking office photography project in London brought together creative expertise from three continents. The result was a refined, hospitality led workplace for The Work Project, captured through a collection of images designed to introduce the award winning coworking brand to the UK market.

Originally established in Singapore, The Work Project is known for creating premium coworking environments that combine thoughtful workplace design with the warmth and attention to detail associated with luxury hospitality.

For its London location, the brand worked with Farago Han, led by Ingrid Farago and Min Han, who directed the interior design from Australia. In London, Venetian Interiors delivered beautifully executed specialist finishes that added warmth, depth and character throughout the space.

Despite working thousands of miles apart, the entire team shared one objective: to create a seamless workplace experience from the moment people walked through the door.

Introducing an international coworking brand to London

Opening in a new international market requires more than recreating a familiar design language.

The environment must remain recognisable as part of the wider brand while responding naturally to its new location. For The Work Project, this meant combining its established hospitality-led identity with the architecture, light and panoramic skyline views of London.

The finished interior feels premium without being imposing. Carefully curated materials, crafted finishes and considered lighting create an atmosphere that is sophisticated, welcoming and comfortable.

Our coworking office photography needed to communicate all these qualities while giving prospective members a genuine sense of the experience.

How to approach the coworking office photography?

Coworking space photography is more than recording individual rooms.

For most prospective members, investors and occupiers, photography is their first interaction with your workspace.

The images must explain how the environment flows, how different areas relate to one another and how the space supports different ways of working. They should capture the openness of shared areas alongside the privacy and calm offered by quieter settings.

We approached the photography as a visual journey through The Work Project.

Wide architectural compositions established the scale and layout of the workspace, while more focused images revealed the details that give it its distinctive identity. These included tactile materials, bespoke joinery, handcrafted finishes, carefully selected furniture and subtle transitions between spaces.

The resulting collection balances strong hero images with quieter details, creating a complete and coherent account of the interior.

Capturing the London skyline

The panoramic views across London are an integral part of this location’s character.

Rather than treating the skyline simply as a backdrop, we incorporated it into the visual story of the workspace. Careful control of exposure allowed us to preserve both the interior atmosphere and the detail beyond the windows.

The relationship between the workspace and the city helps establish a clear sense of place. The images feel unmistakably connected to London while remaining aligned with The Work Project’s international brand.
